Economic development group NC IDEA is preparing to award another series of non-dilutive grants of up to $50,000 this spring. And 25 companies are still in the running from among 133 applicants.

- Infinitus Medical Technologies – Holly Springs, NC
- Lea(R)n – Raleigh, NC
- Mati – Durham, NC
- Me! logix – Huntersville, NC
- Notable Creations – Knightdale, NC
- Pack Purchase – Raleigh, NC
- RocketBolt – Durham, NC
- Stealz – Raleigh, NC

NC IDEA has awarded more than $3.1 million in grants to 82 companies since its launch in 2006.
These latest firms have been asked to prepare a more detailed business proposal by mid-April.
After further review in May, as many as four to six recipients will be announced in June.
