DURHAM, N.C. – NC IDEA has plans to kick-off its Fall 2012 Grants Cycle next month with webinar and information sessions for interested applicants.
NC IDEA, an organization committed to supporting business innovation and economic advancement in North Carolina, will host several information sessions to discuss its grant process and eligibility criteria.
All sessions are being held the week prior to the official opening of the organization’s 14th grant cycle scheduled to begin Aug. 13.
Interested applicants can attend one of three information sessions:
• Aug. 8: NC IDEA and Groundwork Labs “Brown Bag Lunch” Q&A Session
• Aug. 9: NC IDEA Fall 2012 Info Session (via webinar)
• Aug. 10: NC IDEA Fall 2012 Charlotte Info Session hosted by Packard Place
The information sessions are aimed at giving interested applicants an overview of NC IDEA’s grant process and criteria, and help explain how to apply for a grant, what is looked for in an application, and what types of companies are eligible for funding. In each of the sessions, participants will also gain insight from recent grant winners on their experience with the application process and what they are planning to accomplish with their grant money.
