CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Users having problems accessing websites or web services such as Facebook or Twitter may be able to get help in resolving issues through a new website and service set up by Charlotte entrepreneur Michael Paul.

It’s called NotLoading.org, and the idea is to use “social group think” to tackle and resolve issues.

“This could very well deliver solutions to every day technical problems that users experience faster than any support que or help desk can currently offer” Paul says. “It really empowers the end user to find a solution quicker to some of the most common issues on devices and web browsers.”

Users having troubles can go to the website and enter the website address where they have encountered problems in the search box.

The site’s service page is designed to link users who are having similar problems or who may be able to fix it.

Paul wants NotLoading.org to be a ”unique tool that enables research into troublesome scenarios with web pages and services not loading in web browsers like Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, and Opera. Also with online services like YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Orkut, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google, Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail, and many others. We also cover devices and software like computer operating systems such as Windows, Mac, and Linux or mobile devices like the iPhone and iPad. Even Android based smartphones and tablets can be found and discussed on NotLoading.org.”
