Looking for office space but don’t need an entire suite or storefront?

Durham-based EvoApp has an alternative.

The company recently unveled what it calls “co-working space.”

Anne Katharine Wales, program manager for technology at the Council for Entrepreneurial Development, provides the details – and a review.

“As someone that’s a fan of the tobacco warehouse buildings, I fell in love with the exposed brick, open windows and downtown feel of the new space. Additionally since it’s across from Brightleaf Square, lunchtime meet-ups at Parker and Otis sound very appealing! Any entrepreneurs looking for a stimulating work environment should definitely check out this co-working space!

“After speaking with the staff, I learned that monthly space rentals begin at $500 and range from cubicles to private offices. Everyone has access to their copiers, scanner, fax machines and meeting rooms, free parking and internet. Best of all, they have an amazing upstairs kitchen/bar that offers complimentary coffee, water and tea and has an outdoor patio (great for the springtime!) Contact Lynda Franklin at Lynda.franklin@evoapp.com if you’re interested in learning more about this space.”
