• SciQuest (Nasdaq: SQI) has added the Methodist Hospital System to its client base.

The Houston-area based group of five hospitals will utilize SciQuest for online procurement services.

• ChannelAdvisor has added 26 auto dealers and expanded agreements with 10 other retailers in the past two quarters.

According to the e-commerce services provider, six of the top 10 online auto parts dealers are now ChannelAdvisor customers.

• LabCorp (NYSE: LH) has extended its offer for Orchid Cellmark (Nasdaq: ORCH) shares again, this time to Nov. 30.

LabCorp now has agreements to acquire 87 percent of Orchid shares. The company is still seeking approval from the Federal Trade Commission for the deal.

• Bayer CropScience has named Inci Dannenberg as vice president of commercial operations for crop protection in the U.S.

Dannenberg will replace Jim Delong, who is retiring, as of Dec. 1.
