Julian Assange, the founder of WikiLeaks, lost a court battle Wednesday in London in his efforts to avoid extradition to Sweden where he faces sex crime allegations.

Assange said he is considering other legal steps and insists the case against him is politically motivated.

“We will be considering our next steps in the days ahead,” Assange said outside the court.
