Albright Digital, a new venture launched by Capitol Broadcasting Company, is rolling out digital technology the firm believes will help auto dealers develop better relationships with customers while driving more sales and services revenues.

The company blends social media, web analytics and digital media in a suite of products called the Bimini Product Line. The suite is being demonstrated at the Digital Dealer Conference and Exposition in Las Vegas.

“We are excited to be bringing our expertise in the Internet, media, and content to auto dealers,” said Jimmy Goodmon, vice president of Capitol Broadcasting Company’s New Media Group. “For close to 75 years, Capitol Broadcasting has enabled businesses to attract new customers and drive revenue. To continue with that tradition, Albright Digital, with its Bimini Product Line, brings to dealerships the ability to develop new types of relationships with their customers never before possible.”

The three products as described by Albright:

• Bimini Lead Intelligence provides a dealership with additional information about its website Internet Leads on top of existing CRM information – what cars did the lead view, where did the lead come from, how many times did the lead visit the website, etc. – so sales can make the highest impact first contact possible;
• Bimini Review Management enables dealerships to manage their Internet word of mouth through an application that actively engages users, encouraging them to provide reviews and feedback, and the dashboard monitors how the dealership is performing on each review site against its competitors;
• Bimini Social Engagement leverages Facebook and Twitter with engaging content to drive awareness for the dealership, keeping it top of mind for consumers in its community; by using articles, video, contests, and other applications, Albright Digital will develop an exciting Facebook, Twitter, and blog presence for a dealership that will drive traffic, creating a valuable marketing channel.
