Telephone service and rural Internet Service Providers are increasingly adding Google Apps to their menu of offerings, according to RTP-based NeoNova Network Services.
NeoNova provides a variety of broadband applications to ISPs and telecommunications providers. Its goal is to help these firms offer services without having to add hardware and personnel.
Google Apps has become a big seller with 16 clients signing up. More than 12 others are also contracted to deploy the apps menu, NeoNova said. ISPs in 12 states, including North Carolina, are among the new users.
NeoNova became a Google Apps reseller in June 2010.
Google Apps includes email, calendar, document, voice and other applications. NeoNova incorporates the suite of services into its own product offering for deployment and support.
