Raleigh-based firm looks to raise $4.3M for potential Alzheimer’s drug

Curaxis Pharmaceuticals (OTC: CURX.PK) hopes to raise $4.3 million through a private stock sale in order to fund clinical trials for a potential Alzheimer’s drug.
