Elster (NYSE: ELT) will provide 120,000 of its “smart” water meters to New York City under terms of a new three-year contract.
Financial details were not disclosed.
The meters are for residential use and are designed to improve measurement accuracy.
Elster provides advanced meters for water as well as electrical use, helping utility firms improve efficiency.
