Jockey International is using two offerings from e-commerce services provider ChannelAdvisor as part of a strategy to increase online sales.

Jockey is utilizing Marketplaces and Comparison Shopping, the Marketplaces solution being used on eBay where Jockey says it has increased business by 300 percent.

Comparison shopping helps Jockey track pricing by competitors.

Financial terms weren’t disclosed.

“We sought the finest e-commerce solutions available and feel that ChannelAdvisor is definitely the best choice for Jockey.com,” said Shawn Burwell, manager of operations and fulfillment for Jockey.com. “ChannelAdvisor’s user interface made it easy for us to scale up quickly on eBay, so that we now have a fully branded eBay store and are in a better position to manage our products.”

The Marketplaces offering help Jockey boost its eBay profile with ad templates and other information as well as tying Jockey in with daily deals.
