IBM (NYSE: IBM) has agreed to pay some $10 million to settle a Securities and Exchange Commission complaint about bribing of Chinese and South Korean officials, according to Bloomberg news.
The agreement was reached on Friday, a person “with direct knowledge of the settlement,” told Bloomberg.
The Wall Street Journal also reported the settlement.
An IBM spokesperson told Bloomberg he couldn’t comment.
