RALEIGH, N.C. – Alphanumeric Systems has doubled its sales force, the RTP company announced Tuesday.

The long-standing IT services provider says it is positioning itself for dramatic growth in the southeast IT market in 2011, and specifically in the delivery of managed services and learning services.

Alphanumeric has historically been among the region’s most trusted resellers and providers of strategic IT solutions. But adapting to the strategic goals of owner Karen T. Braswell and President Harvey V. Braswell, Alphanumeric has invested heavily in the growth of its service offerings for the past two years.

January found Alphanumeric adding four new sales team members – Lawrence Asterilla, George Gonsalves, Steve Rao and Amanda Wein. This month, Alphanumeric has successfully added six more, each of whom brings their own unique experience and talents to Alphanumeric.

This new, doubly strong sales team will be a pivotal component in Alphanumeric’s accelerated growth, and its ability to better serve the IT needs of Carolinas-based organizations in the public and private sectors.
