PokerTek, Inc. (NASDAQ: PTEK) has signed an agreement with Tranchant Gaming Technologies to distribute PokerPro and Blackjack Pro products in France.
Tranchant gets exclusive rights to PokerTek’s products for two years and expects to place 70 tables during the period, PokerTek said in an announcement Thursday.
Sebastien Tranchant said, “PokerPro is the first electronic table game approved in France, and we look forward to introducing it to the French market. We expect to place our first tables before the end of the year.”
Tranchant is a casino operator and distributor of gaming equipment throughout France and other territories. The company operates 17 gaming properties, with plans to open several more locations.
