Digitalsmiths, which is based in Research Triangle Park, was honored as “Best Search and Indexing Platform.”
Inlet, which is based in Raleigh, was honored for its Hardware Encoder technology. Inlet focuses on video compression technology.
“This year we’ve seen more voters, more votes, and more winners than ever before,” said Streaming Media editor Eric Schumacher-Rasmussen. “More than 7,000 voters cast more than 58,000 votes, indicating just how exciting and vibrant this industry is and how passionately people feel about the products they use.”
