The company moved into new headquarters space at Scientific Properties, which is owned by Venable Center.

The move enabled the company to consolidate its business and research labs and also provides space to add more employees.

“This state-of-the-art facility will provide our business, scientific and administrative staff with the resources they need to pursue Precision’s mission of becoming the world leader in genomic molecular biology,” said Todd Melby, Precision’s chief financial and chief operating officer.

Precision is seeking to advance DNE technology, which enables the production of custom genome editing enzymes that can insert, remove, modify and regulate essentially any gene in mammalian or plant cells.
