SAS reschedules its debut of new solar farm – Due to weather

is planning to showcase its second solar power farm at its headquarters campus but not until October – due to lack of sunshine.

The company postponed a planned media event for Tuesday due to “the weather forecast calling for rain and thunderstorms for the next week or so,” SAS said in a statement.

The media event is now set for Oct. 12.

SAS launched its first solar farm in 2008.
