GREENSBORO, N.C. – Researchers at have landed $900,000 in funding from the National Science Foundation for climate change research.
A&T is one of five universities involved in the project, which is designed to improve the ability to predict consequences of climate change.
The A&T research is to be directed at hurricanes and precipitation patterns.
The grant covers five years.
Dr. Abdollah Homaifar will lead the A&T efforts.
