RALEIGH, N.C. – Drew Van Pelt, formerly director of strategy at Teach for America, is the new president at social media marketing firm

The startup, which recently moved into expanded office space in downtown Raleigh, also is adding Aarti Sura as vice president of research. She has worked with McColl Partners, General Mills and at New profit where she served as a director.

Both Van Pelt and Aarti are graduates of the Harvard Business School.

Drew has also worked at Primus Capital Funds and CIBC World Markets.

Clayton also graduated from Harvard Business School.

In March, Jeff Giesea, founder of FierceMarkets, became the chairman of Three Ships Media after making an investment in the company.
