CARY, N.C. – Fresh from a recent $6 million acquisition, (Nasdaq: SPNS) is launching a new branding campaign.

In addition to a different logo, Sapiens also now uses the slogan: “Experience Innovation Insurance.

The changes, which were announced Monday, follow the recent acquisition of Harace/Octello, a provider of property and casualty policy administration solutions. Sapiens is also expanding its presence in the U.S. market.

“The fresh identity is a visual representation of our further commitment to the insurance industry,” said Sapiens Chief Executive Officer Roni Al-Dor. “Our tagline, Experience Insurance Innovation, was chosen to represent the three key themes of our market and product strategy.”

Last month, Sapiens bought Harcase/Octello for cash and stock. The deal could reach $8 million in value if certain milestones are achieved.
