Success Accelerators tour to focus on CRM comparisons, cloud computing

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Success Accelerators is taking its business advice on the road with a four-city tour of a session to help businesses better understand the power and uses of SharePoint, Dynamics CRM and delivering cloud applications with Salesforce.

Sessions are slated for May 4 in Charlotte, May 6 in Washington, D.C., May 11 in Raleigh and May 13 in Atlanta.

The company said the free, half-day events will have "seminars and demonstrations on the leading cloud computing technology, including topics such as ‘Social Networking and the Workplace’ and ‘The Top 5 CRM Challenges.’"

The event will offer a side-by-side comparison of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce, with Success Accelerators said is the only opportunity to see the packages together.

Experts also will discuss cloud computing initiatives and next-generation customer contact centers that integrate social media, voice, chat and e-mail.

A free luncheon will feature a panel discussion on the implications for corporations of cloud computing.
