FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – P3I, a private-public partnership focused on military related technology and innovation in the Fort Bragg area, launched recently and now has an executive director.
Paul Dordal will oversee the direction of P3I, which includes the , Fayetteville Technical Community College and NavTech LLC, a defense and knowledge transfer group based in Alabama.
The also is targeting tech transfer and the military in Fayetteville.
“P3I will leverage the strengths and investments of the BRAC RTF, FTCC and NAVTECH to apply advanced visualization and other innovative technologies and processes to enhance innovation in our schools; create jobs and connect business and industry; and support government agencies,” Dordal said in a statement.
BRAC refers to the U.S. mitiary’s base realignment commission. The BRAC RTF works with 11 counties and 73 municipalities in the Fayetteville area on issues related to the base realignment, U.S. Forces Command and the U.S. Army Reserve Command.
