RALEIGH, N.C. – Venture capitalists Jason Caplain and David Jones are offering entrepreneurs an opportunity to pitch new business ideas over breakfast.

The two veterans at Southern Capitol Ventures have set dates in Raleigh for March 1 and 15 and in Atlanta on March 4.

They also had breakfast sessions in Maryland and Virginia earlier this week.

“Want to start a company? Starting a company? Already an entrepreneur? Come join us for bagels & coffee,” Caplain says.

“We have done this before mostly in Raleigh and once in Reston, but it was by invitation only and the ones in Raleigh usually revolved around a speaker,” he writes in his Southeast VC blog. “The ones over the next few weeks are much less formal and create an opportunity for entrepreneurs to meet some of their peers. We’d also like to encourage entrepreneurs to bring their VC or startup related questions.”

Please note: The events are for technology entrepreneurs only, space is limited, and RSVP is required.
