RALEIGH, N.C. – Eugne McGrath, a former chairman and chief executive officer of New York-based Consolidated Edison, is the newest member of the board of directors at

Sensus focuses on smart grid technology and other services for utility companies.

McGarth, 67, is a member of the Consolidated Edison board.
