RALEIGH, N.C. – , a non-profit focused on environmental, social and economic issues, is looking for a new president.

Kathy Ansardi, the group’s president since 2004, has resigned to pursue other opportunities.

Sustainable N.C. also has a new chairman. Henry McKoy, chairman and chief executive officer of Fourth-Sector Financial, a financial services firm, has replaced John Gallagher. Gallagher remains a member of the board.

Replacing Ansardi as president on an interim basis is Cyndy Yu Robinson, a member of the group’s board since 2007. In her career she has worked at Lenovo dealing with sustainability and corporate social responsibility issues as well as at the Environmental Protection Agency.

Ansardi had served as Sustainable N.C.’s president since 2004.
