RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. – 3D software developer is expanding its international presence with an office in Munich, Germany.

“The Munich office is the latest example of our commitment to going beyond software to deliver to our customers the technologies, skills, shared knowledge and personalized service they need to be successful,” says Tom Kurke, Geomagic’s chief operating officer, in a statement. “We believe that exemplary customer service is best achieved by being a partner that is on the scene in the regions where our customers operate.”

The Munich operation will provide sales as well as technical support and training for customers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Geomagic enables users to create 3D models from scanned objects.

The company now operates 10 offices worldwide.
