REDMOND, Wash. – said Monday it will buy some assets of that will bolster its software design products.

Financial details were not disclosed.

Microsoft said it will acquire the Teamprise-related assets of SourceGear, a privately held Champaign, Ill.-based company that provides programming applications.

The assets will be integrated into next year’s version of the Microsoft software writing program Visual Studio, the company said.
