TOKYO — One of Lenovo’s sister companies in the Legend Holdings group announced Wednesday that it will invest as much as 4.5 billion yen ($49.9 million) in Japanese system developer SJI Inc.
Digital China Holdings is an information technology distributor unit of Legend. Digital China will take a maximum 40.9 percent stake through the deal, it said in an announcement.
Digital is doing the deal through two partly owned subsidiaries, Digital China Software (BVI) Limited and King Tech Service HK Limited.
