CARY, N.C. and MORRISTOWN, N.J. – MicroMass Communications, a leader in the use of behavioral science to shape marketing solutions, today announced that it had joined Worldwide Partners, Inc. (WPI) to increase its global outreach.

The U.S. agency, known for its expertise in pharmaceutical marketing, selected Worldwide Partners because of its collaborative approach–allowing each independent partner to own shares in the network–and its strength overseas. The network, which consists of 94 agencies, provides advertising and related services to clients in 54 countries around the world. There are only two U.S. pharmaceutical agencies in the network.

"Becoming a partner in Worldwide will allow us to implement brand strategies on a global basis," said Jay Bigelow, president and CEO of MicroMass, adding that the agency’s ability to reach beyond domestic borders, collaborating with agencies around the world to create customized communications materials, will be a major asset to its clients.

Worldwide Partners, Inc., which began in 1938, today generates more than $4.1 billion in capitalized billings. It is the largest owner-operated network in the world and is based in Denver, Colorado.

"Our global outreach–which extends across five continents–allows us to customize marketing strategies to meet the needs of every client, and to do so across the lines separating geography, disciplines and expertise," said Al Moffatt, president and CEO of Worldwide. "The application of behavioral science opens up a whole new area of strategic thinking that will prove invaluable for our partner agencies," he added, pointing out that the international network chose MicroMass because of its scientific approach

Founded in 1994, MicroMass offers unrivalled capabilities in the application of behavioral science to marketing challenges. Headquartered in Cary, N.C., with a second office in Morristown, N.J., MicroMass is one of the fastest growing agencies in its field.
