Fulgham will discuss virtualization in data centers as well as cloud computing.
Other keynote speakers include Red Hat (Nasdaq: RHT) Chief Executive Officer Jim Whitehurst and Steve Rubino, chief information officer, of the New York Stock Exchange Euroenext.

RALEIGH, N.C. – Red Hat, Inc. (NYSE: RHT), the world’s leading provider of open source solutions, today announced that Cisco will be the Visionary Sponsor of the Red Hat Summit in Chicago Sept. 1 through 4. Additionally, Mark Fulgham, vice president of marketing, Data Center Solutions for Cisco, will provide a partner keynote speech at the event on Sept. 3, which will address the market transition of datacenter virtualization and cloud computing. Fulgham joins other confirmed keynote speakers including, Jim Whitehurst, President and CEO, Red Hat; Brian Stevens, CTO and Vice President, Engineering, Red Hat; and Steve Rubinow, CIO, New York Stock Exchange Euronext.

Mark Fulgham is vice president of marketing, Data Center Solutions for Cisco. He is responsible for the overall outbound marketing programs, product marketing and field enablement, and partner ecosystem marketing for Cisco Data Center Virtualization. Fulgham has more than 25 years of experience in information technology (IT) service provider, product and end-user organizations.
Joe Vaccaro, product manager, Server Access Virtualization business group for Cisco, will also present a session on the Cisco Unified Computing System architecture, which unites computational, network, and virtualization resources into a seamless system.
