RTI names Democratic Governance exec as Fellow

Gary Bland, director of Center for Democratic Governance from 2002 to 2008, is the newest RTI International Fellow.

Bland has worked for RTI since 2001. In his governance role, he supervised 11 U.S. Agency for International Development projects. Over a 20-year career, he has worked in programs involving 25 countries.
