, a provider of satellite and wireless communications, is being acquired by Rockwell Collins (NYSE: COL) in a deal worth $130 million.
DataPath will operate as a Rockwell Collins subsidiary and absorb another subsidiary of the parent firm.
Rockwell Collins will assume $110 million in DataPath debt and other obligations.
