A possible drug-development relationship between the RTP-based and a Chinese group could double the Hamner in size, according to the Triangle Business Journal.
Negotiations are continuing, according to Hamner Chief Executive Officer William Greenlee. If successful, the relationship with China Medical City could lead to the construction of a $40 million, 100,000-square-foot building and the addition of some 400 jobs.
