An organization that was created by laid-off Nortel employees in 2001 is seeking to become a “business chamber” designed to help people improve or restart careers.

is seeking to become a non-profit organization. Currently the group is run by volunteers.

“This is where every needed resource is publicly available to any Triangle citizen who is employed or unemployed, looking for leading edge professional continuing education, training, job counseling, networking or simply for looking for volunteering/peer counseling opportunities,” said Todd Thigpen, executive director of the group.
