The animated video is intended to bring what rPath calls “clarity” to the subject in a “lighthearted” fashion.
Cloud computing is a technology that enables collaboration of computers across networks.
“There are several distinct yet interrelated technologies that are converging under the umbrella of cloud computing, which only adds to the confusion associated with this trend,” said Jake Sorofman, vice president of marketing for rPath. “’Cloud Computing in Plain English’ takes an irreverent approach to shedding light on the definition of cloud and why it should live up to the hype it has generated.”
RPath’s virtualization products are designed to enable the operation of multiple operating systems on one device.
