A series of Webinars focused on opportunities to improve relationship management is scheduled by through the first six months of next year.

The “Success Accelerators” series kicks off on Jan. 8 and will be led by Customer Connect President Geoff Ables.

“In the ever-changing economy we’re experiencing right now, businesses need to develop new solutions and follow new trends to attract new customers and keep existing ones,” Ables said.

The Webinars are scheduled once a month through June.

Customer Connect, launched in 2000, clients include Travelocity and BB&T.
