The Raleigh-based firm, founded in 1997, provides a variety of managed services.
Zapi develops electronic controllers with an emphasis on those used in electric vehicles.
"We may not be Italian or speak it, but that’s never stopped us from fixing their computers,” said Jim Ray, president of Neuse River Networks.
