Nader Naeymi-Rad, a longtime executive with management consulting firm , is the firm’s new chief operating officer.

Naeymi-Rad had served as senior vice president and leader of its brand management practice. He was the first employee hired by company founder John Campbell in 1997.

Darius Naigamwalla will assume Naeymi-Radi’s previous responsibilities.

"My relationship with Nader dates back more than 14 years to when we first worked together at Glaxo [now GlaxoSmithKline],” Campbell said in a statement. “I have depended on him as my friend and trusted business advisor since that time. I’m proud to appoint him to this new senior executive management role in which he can continue to build upon his long-standing track record of success here at Campbell Alliance.”

Campbell Alliance has more than 80 consultants in its brand management practice alone and more than 250 consultants in all.

The firm has offices in New Jersey, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, Boston, Philadelphia, New York, Atlanta and London.
