Mark Hianik, a former executive with the Tribune Company, is the new senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary for yellow pages and search engine firm R.H. Donnelley (NYSE: RHD).
Hianik replaces Robert Bush, who was given what the company called an “operational role.” Bush will “assist” Chairman and Chief Executive Officer David Swanson with “certain operational initiatives and projects,” the company added.
Hianik was vice president and assistant general counsel at the Tribune Company in Chicago.
RHD stock has been hammered in recent weeks since the company decided not to pay a dividend, reported disappointing quarterly earnings and lost its top search engine executive. It also faces increasing competition.
