Acceleron Pharma recently integrated its recruiting process with OpenHire™, a Web-based talent management and applicant tracking system. The OpenHire product is a part of a software suite offered by SilkRoad technology, Inc., of Winston-Salem, that is designed help employers hire better employees, identify high and low performers, drive a pay-for-performance culture and improve employee tenure.
“We needed a tool that would be extremely user friendly for our entire employee population, both the hiring managers and our employees,” said Acceleron Pharma senior manager of human resources, Beth Goldberg. “SilkRoad’s technology allows us to store all recruiting and applicant information in one place, making it easier to track and update files multiple people are accessing and changing.”
