Acceleron Pharma recently integrated its recruiting process with OpenHire™, a Web-based talent management and applicant tracking system. The OpenHire product is a part of a software suite offered by SilkRoad technology, Inc., of Winston-Salem, that is designed help employers hire better employees, identify high and low performers, drive a pay-for-performance culture and improve employee tenure.
