RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. – Just how can you and your company best utilize technology to drive needed changes within your organization?

That’s the subject several high-profile executives will be discussing on March 20 when WRAL Local Tech Wire launches its “Executive Edge” series in Charlotte.

Unlike its Exchange networking events of the past, LTW chose to launch the Executive Edge series in order to offer executives with an education program as well as a chance to network. “Enabling Technology” will be the topic of a panel discussion. The talk will follow lunch at the Hilton Charlotte Center City.

Ryan Stone, chief executive officer of JetPool and a graduate of the Masters program at UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, is one of three panelists who will discuss the challenges and opportunities that accompany the embracing of technology.

Also on the panel are Mark Milam, chief operating officer and managing partner at Incentric Solutions and Jolanta Zwirek, chief information officer at Coca-Cola. Kirsten Weeks, community relations manager for Cisco Systems in RTP, will be the moderator.

On March 27, the Executive Edge series will premier in the Triangle with a program addressing the emerging “Dual-Shoring” trend. That program will take place at the American Tobacco complex in Durham.

Panelists include Dr. Jay Swaminathan from Kenan-Flagler, Marco Fregenal, the CEO of Carpio Solutions, and Jamie Duke, chief operations officer at SciQuest.
