Liaison Technologies, a provider of business-to-business and data management services, is merging with Anilinker Oy, a European-based provider of similar services.
Financial terms were not disclosed. The company’s headquarters will remain in Atlanta, and the company will be known as Liaison Technologies.
The combined company will have more than 350 customers in 28 countries.
