Greg Foster, a former vice president of corporate development at Turner Broadcasting, is the newest member of the investing team at venture capital firm Noro-Moseley Partners.

Foster will focus on technology investments with an emphasis on digital media.

“Greg’s specific expertise in digital media, as well as his experience as a technology entrepreneur, will enhance our ability to aggressively pursue opportunities in both of these dynamic areas,” said NMP Managing Partner Mike Elliott. “Greg will be a valuable addition to our team, and we are excited to have him onboard.”

Foster worked earlier in his career at venture-backed iXL and Silverpop Systems He also has worked as a consultant at Deloitte. A holder of a mechanical engineering degree from Georgia Tech, Foster also earned at MBA at Harvard Business School.

Noro-Moseley has more than $600 million under management and is in the process of raising a sixth fund.
