Titan Technology Partners, a provider of data hosting and managed information technology solutions, is expanding its reach in Asia.
Titan said Wednesday that it had acquired ESP Consulting, which is based in Singapore. ESP focuses on providing SAP software solutions.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
The Singapore operation will be known as Titan ESP.
"The ESP Consulting acquisition is a unique opportunity to expand our global capabilities with an exceptionally talented team,” said Titan Chief Executive Officer Michael Vadini. “We have respect for their leadership and envision our combination as a key step towards our continued development of an elite, global organization.”
