Frank Calderoni, who joined Cisco Systems in 2004, will take over as the networking giant’s chief financial officer on Feb. 15.

Calderoni replaces Dennis Powell, who is retiring after 11 years at Cisco.

Before joining Cisco, Calderoni served as CFO at QLogic and San Disk. Since June of last year, Calderoni has acted as Cisco’s senior vice president for customer solutions finance.
