James Farley, a longtime executive with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and president of Cardinal Consulting, will be offering advisory services to InfoStrength.
InfoStrength provides software and services to the life-science industry to help companies meet FDA regulatory requirements.

Cardinal Consulting and Training offers training and services to help pharmaceutical firms in a variety of areas. Farley founded the firm.
