Michael Munsch, a former executive at MercuryMD, is the new chief operating officer at Mi-Co.
Munsch brings to the mobile-data-capture firm an extensive background in wireless. He served as COO at MercuryMD, a provider of mobile solutions for the health-care industry. Thomson Healthcare acquired MercuryMD.

Before MercuryMD, Muncsh was COO at 3D software firm ViOS. Earlier in his career, he founded Internet transaction data firm Foveon. He also at one time was chief executive officer at ATCOM Business Telephone Systems.
In his Mi-Co role, Muncsh has been tasked with focusing marketing and sales on direct sales while maintaining the firm’s partner relationships.
A graduate of Jacksonville University with a degree in business management, Munsch earned an MBA at Boston University. He also served eight years as an aviator in the U.S. Army Signal Corps.
