DGD Research, which is based in San Antonio, is the latest in a series of acquisitions by Cetero, which was launched in 2006.

With the latest deal, Cetero expands is operational footprint to six clinical sites in St. Louis, Fargo, N.D., East Grand Forks, Minn., Miami, Toronto and Montreal and three laboratories in Houston, Fargo and Toronto.
