Marye Anne Fox, a former chancellor at N.C. State University, has resigned from the board of directors at Pharmaceutical product Development.
In an SEC filing, the contract research organization and pharmaceutical development firm said Fox resigned “due to the demands of her job as Chancellor at the University of California at San Diego.”
“Her resignation was not related to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices,” PPD added.
