Quality Technology Services, a provider of data center and managed services, has acquired the customer base of First National Technology Solutions in Kansas City.
The Omaha-based firm had previously managed QualityTech’s centers in that market.
Privately held QualityTech will boost its annual revenues over $100 million with the deal, according to the company.
QualityTech recently opened 200,000 square feet of space in a 990,000-square-foot building in Atlanta.
